The VYAPAM full form Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal which was a Hindi translation of the Madhya Pradesh Government Examination Portal Professional Examination Board (PEB व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मंडल)
To stop this scandal, the government changed the name to the Employees Selection Board.
